CHARLOTTE MAULE, DIRECTOR

A craver of new information, Charlotte enjoys drawing fresh ideas from podcasts, exploring new places with her family, and clearing her mind with exercise.

Bringing years of industry experience to her role, Charlotte loves the fast-paced, innovative, and creative nature of healthcare communications – it provides the opportunity to collaborate with inspiring people, patients, HCPs, colleagues and clients - whilst making a genuine difference to people’s lives.

When she’s not in the office you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, walking her dog, and ferrying her four sons around!

JIM BAXTER, DIRECTOR

Jim is a strategic communications leader with more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare, pharma, and life sciences. He excels at translating complex medical information into clear, compelling narratives that drive action.

He’s led global communications for a Rare Disease business unit, supported vaccine portfolios, and launched products in CNS and immunology. Comfortable engaging C-suite leaders, policymakers, journalists and patients, Jim adapts his approach to suit diverse audiences and channels. He believes in the power of healthcare communications to improve care and make a tangible difference in patients’ lives.

Based in the South of England, Jim lives with his wife and two young children. He coaches a local under-8s rugby team, serves as a school governor, and enjoys sailing when time allows.

PETER IMPEY, SENIOR CONSULTANT

Peter is a communications leader and strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset, recognised for award-winning work that drives change. He has 25 years’ experience in the health sector, working with leading communications consultancies and pharmaceutical companies to deliver campaigns worldwide. His expertise spans marketing and communications with a specialism in patient engagement. As Managing Director and later Global Head of 90TEN Communications, he helped grow the agency into an international award-winning consultancy renowned for its patient engagement and behaviour change expertise.

Peter’s approach combines innovation, curiosity, insight, creativity and behavioural science to deliver work that improves lives. With a degree in pharmacology, Peter has a passion for science with an ability to turn the most complex concepts into simple stories that resonate and inspire action. Together, this has earned him a reputation for creating pioneering approaches that deliver lasting impact.
